The European Commission maintains a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) with further information, which can be accessed on the Internet at the link ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

How the Dispute Resolution Platform Works

The European Commission's arbitration platform aims to resolve cross-border consumer complaints quickly and easily. A multilingual complaint form in all official languages ​​of the EU institutions is used for this purpose. The platform forwards the complaint to the nationally responsible out-of-court dispute resolution body, which then contacts the online provider and attempts to resolve the dispute without going to court.
